Product Description

          BOY-WF12 plug-in ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of a main machine and a plug-in sensor. The plug-in sensor can be installed by simply cutting two mounting holes in the pipe surface. Using the hole tool, the plug-in ultrasonic sensor can be installed without stopping water, and the measurement is stable and reliable because the sensor is in direct contact with the fluid.

1, How to identify the flow of fluid in the pipeline

After the sensor is properly installed and wired, a positive instantaneous flow display indicates that the direction of the fluid is positive, that is, from the upstream probe to the downstream probe. If the instantaneous flow is negative, the flow is in the opposite direction.

2, How to use zero cut to avoid ineffective accumulation

The data in window 41 is called the low flow rate cut value, and the system treats the flow whose absolute flow rate is lower than this value as "0". In this way, this parameter can be set to avoid false accumulation of measurement errors generated by the flowmeter when the true flow rate is "0". In general, set this parameter to 0.03m/s. When the flow rate is greater than the low flow rate excision value, the low flow rate excision value has nothing to do with the measurement result and will not affect the measurement result.

3. How to set zero

When the pipeline is filled with static water and the instantaneous flow rate displayed by the flowmeter is not zero, use the M42 menu to adjust the zero, and do not perform any operation during the zero clearing process. The zeros are stored using the M.2 menu.

4, How to change the instrument coefficient (scale factor) calibration than the proper flow meter running time is too long, may lead to flowmeter error, then we by modifying the coefficient (scale factor) to correct, in the M45 window real value and measured value can be the ratio. Instrument coefficients must be entered according to the actual calibration results.

5, How to use 4--20mA current loop output

The ultrasonic flowmeter/heat watch band has a current loop output accuracy better than 0,1%, and can be set to 4~20mA and 0-20mA and other output modes, using the window M55 to select. Enter the traffic value represented by 4mA in window M56, and enter the traffic value represented by 20mA in window M57.
