▋ Product Description
The BOY-WR06-S3 ultrasonic liquid level sensor utilizes the principle of ultrasonic echo distance measurement. The sensor is installed outside the bottom of the fuel tank and emits ultrasonic signals from the bottom. When it encounters the reflection of the oil surface, it calculates the liquid level height based on time and speed. Combined with unique digital signal processing technology, it overcomes the influence of the container wall and achieves high-precision non-contact measurement.

▋Application
1. Ultrasonic level gauge sensor does not work
A: ① Check the circuit and connect the wires according to the instructions; ② Contact the instrument manufacturer.
2. Ultrasonic level gauge displays blind spots or exceeds the range
A: ① Adjust the actual range of the ultrasonic level gauge to within the working range of the instrument; ② Adjust the application environment to the required range; ③ Adjust the intensity of the emitted pulse until it stabilizes.
3. The ultrasonic level gauge has a large error
A: ① Repeatedly adjust the installation position; ② Correctly set the "installation height" value; ③ If the temperature difference is large, adjust the "Temperature Modification" value to the correct value.
4. Abnormal current output of ultrasonic level gauge
A: ① Reduce load resistance; ② Adjust the relevant parameters on your own; ③ Replace the DC stabilized power supply with a larger capacity; ④ Preheat after 15 minutes of power on.
5. The RS-485 output of the ultrasonic level gauge is abnormal
A: ① Change wiring and reset parameters to be consistent with the upper computer
