▋ FAQ

1. The PWD indicator is not blinking

Whether the power supply is energized, check the access power supply; The system is down. Contact the developer.

2. The DATA indicator blinks rapidly

Check whether the server address and port number are correct. Make sure the SIM card is connected to the Internet.

3. The serial port does not receive any reply from the server

Check whether the interface is connected correctly; When using heartbeat packets, you need to set the forwarding interface.

4. Packet loss occurs during the communication

Check whether data is sent too quickly. Check whether data is too large. Whether the SIM card data is used up; Make sure the antenna is connected: Contact the developer to check.

5. The configuration does not take effect

After configuring parameters, click the Save parameter button.

6. The serial port upgrade tool or configuration tool fails to enter the configuration mode

Check whether the baud rate of the serial port is correct. Check whether the serial port is selected correctly.
