1, the terminal sampling sensor data is wrong?
A: The sensor protocol may not match. Check the sensor model selection box of the terminal. If the model is not available, contact the manufacturer.
2. How to determine whether the terminal wireless network is connected properly?
A: The signal strength indication at the top right of the terminal display screen is usually greater than 1 bar before it can be used normally. If there is no signal, check the SIM card; If the signal strength is too weak, adjust the installation position.
3, the terminal network connection is normal, but why can't connect to the environmental protection platform?
A: Ask the platform manager to make sure the center address and port are correct, and confirm that the communication protocol is consistent.
4. How long does the terminal send data?
A: By default, the terminal reports a data message at an interval of one hour. You can adjust the interval as required.
5. Terminal power supply mode? How long does the power last?
A: The terminal comes with 52AH lithium battery. The terminal itself consumes very little power, and the static current is less than 1mA. The power supply time depends on the power consumption of the supporting sensor and the sampling and sending interval.
