▋ Product Description

        BOY-WF08-P is a new pipe network flow measurement product independently developed by our company. The product integrates the advantages of radar flow measurement and ultrasonic flow measurement to realize the full and non-full pipe flow measurement in the whole scene. The equipment is simple to install and the operation and maintenance is small, which can easily cope with complex and harsh pipe network conditions.

▋ Measurement Method

        BOY-WF08-P supports ultrasonic and radar ranging speed measurement. When the tube is not full, the flowmeter automatically switches to the radar operating mode. In the case of full tube, the flow meter automatically switches to ultrasonic mode.





▋ Installation Method


1. Make fixing bolt holes in the well wall. It is best to confirm the holes after the assembled support and equipment are placed on the site and measured to ensure that the equipment is attached to the top of the pipe network wall after installation. 

2. Fix the equipment to the well wall through expansion bolts 

3. After the equipment is fixed, the cable should be fixed to the well wall through the wire pipe to avoid external leakage of the cable

         BOY-WF08-P is a flow online monitoring product developed for urban rainwater and sewage network, river inlet and outlet and other scenarios.


▋ FAQ

1. How to install the equipment?

The bracket is first fixed on the parallel wall by expansion screws and the sensor is fixed on the extension to the castaneyi pipe after the installation. In order to avoid wall interference, the pipe with a diameter of more than 50cm is suitable.

2. Can the equipment be waterproof? Will water flooding damage the equipment?

Can be waterproof, the equipment adopts PC+ABS, IP68 protection level.

3. Does the device support remote communication? How often do you send data?

Support wireless communication, built-in NB-IoT communication module. By default, the device collects data at an interval of 5 minutes and sends a data message to the server at an interval of 15 minutes. You can flexibly set the sending interval as required.

4. How long can the equipment supply power?

Built-in 228Ah disposable battery, can work continuously for more than 2 years under the default rule.
